Figured I would share a conversation I had with a buddy of mine who competes.... I was on the treadmill @ an 8.5 incline and 2.6MPH and he came over and said "WTF are you doing?" I said "doing cardio" and he goes you got it all wrong.... so I said "my Heart rate is at 130-133 whats the big deal" and he said "the incline" he goes even though your heart rate is in the appropriate range due to the muscular load I was placing on my legs from the incline I was in whats called a cardio Zone 3 which is a state where the load becomes almost equilly anarobic as aerobic due to the leg load and just decrease the incline and increase the speed... so I did I went with a 4 incline and a 3.4MPH pace for the duration of the cardio.... my heart was @ 133 the whole time but when I was done my lungs were burning and my legs felt less taxed... and he explained the even though I was burning off a significant amount of calories due to the load on my legs I was burning carbs as a fuel source primarily due to the anarobic state so obviously I was enducing a state of gluconeogenesis as I'm on a low carb diet.... and by merely reducing the muscular load but maintaining the calorie expenditure/heart rate I would consume more oxygen and thus greater fat oxidation, I would in essence recover faster and burn way more fat while sparing amino's... so I checked it out online turns out he's right and I've been doing cardio wrong all along..

Thanks man.... another 4 weeks of cutting including the rest of this week.... I was think about just coming off the tren and winni and bumping the prop to 500mg EW and continuing for another 4 weeks which would give me 8 more weeks... but thats just a thought at this point...

Ill also add a little beauty tip for you, trim the pit hair.

Not only does it look better being groomed but will make the arm look a little bigger of you take the hair off the bi.

Ya... I've never really groomed it or anything but I made the decision to take it off with the rest of my upper body hair this summer probably in the next week or two...

Everyone is different. I would try trimming it and see how you like it then if no go just shave it off. Its only hair and it will grow back.

    Not <>11%

    But definitely hella improved.

    Congrats.

I'd stick it out for 8 more weeks...and then go into a maintenance mode for 4 weeks.

Then, assess your physique...and decide what direction to take with it.

You have potential...and knowledge... In your position I'd utilize both for absolute effect.

    Just my opinion.

Thanks nark...I'm going to bulk up after this but try and keep my body fat below 15% I want to compete but I still dont think I'm ready yet... my legs need alot more size for the height... I figured I was higher then 11ish the calipers lie what do you think my body fat is?

I'd prefer not to say honestly... as it's not particularly relevant, or reflective of amount of hard work you put in.

Keep at it...and don't get limited by numbers.

Nice work for real. I know you and I talked about this before in another thread, but I really think (especially with your AAS) you could be more agressive with your cardio. Just my two cents, but nice work!
