Ok... so I just bumped my dosages and I feel like I'm in turbo mode its a crazy amount of energy
100mg Caffeine
25mg Ephedrine
10mg Synephrine
4mg Yohimbine HCL
2.5mg bioperine...
Plus I switched from coffee to green tea so I'm still getting caffeine from green tea during the day....

i have been fallowing this thread for a while and like everyone else, i would really like to see some pics.
Damn dude you guys will get your pics.... I just wanted to wait another 4-5 lbs as I'm still holding some fat on my glutes(pictures availible upon special request LOL) lower abs and a tiny bit on my lower pecs... I wanted to make the transformation profound and I think 18-10% bodyfat is decently profoundbut if you guys are really that interested I'll take some pics next monday I should be below 11% and sundays my carb up day so I should look decent...

What do you think should be your bodyfat right now mate?
I just clipped myself on tuesday and it came out to 11.6 but I dont know how accurate that is as I think calipers have a 2-3% tolerance when done correctly ..... still have a small pouch of fat on my abs... you guys will see monday...
or maybe I just think I'm higher due to my idea of what 11.6% bodyfat should look like... who knows![]()

Figured I would share a conversation I had with a buddy of mine who competes.... I was on the treadmill @ an 8.5 incline and 2.6MPH and he came over and said "WTF are you doing?" I said "doing cardio" and he goes you got it all wrong.... so I said "my Heart rate is at 130-133 whats the big deal" and he said "the incline" he goes even though your heart rate is in the appropriate range due to the muscular load I was placing on my legs from the incline I was in whats called a cardio Zone 3 which is a state where the load becomes almost equilly anarobic as aerobic due to the leg load and just decrease the incline and increase the speed... so I did I went with a 4 incline and a 3.4MPH pace for the duration of the cardio.... my heart was @ 133 the whole time but when I was done my lungs were burning and my legs felt less taxed... and he explained the even though I was burning off a significant amount of calories due to the load on my legs I was burning carbs as a fuel source primarily due to the anarobic state so obviously I was enducing a state of gluconeogenesis as I'm on a low carb diet.... and by merely reducing the muscular load but maintaining the calorie expenditure/heart rate I would consume more oxygen and thus greater fat oxidation, I would in essence recover faster and burn way more fat while sparing amino's... so I checked it out online turns out he's right and I've been doing cardio wrong all along..![]()

what is your weight training like.
if your on cycle please list compounds.
