    Man honestly I'd have to say BIG.

    He's one of the few Hall of Famers who actually patrols the Q & A forum consistently. He gets ripped on by newbies, and told constantly told he is wrong by completely ignorant individuals... but he still prowls the Q&A's giving advice every single day.

    I'd say Doc.sus .. though he doesn't come to the lounge, his posts in other sections are always great, and he seems to actually care about teaching and helping people..

    I just hit my first five plate raw bench press and i used his workouts for the past year.
