    It seems as though we've lost Gabe as his visits here become less and less frequent. If that's the case, we've hopefully lost him for the better (staying on track) and not the worse.

    Gabe, since you don't update, i'm no longer going to check this thread. However, don't take that as me abandoning you - if/when you get on here, need advice, wanna tell me what you ate today, just wanna say hi, whatever - PM me. I am just no longer actively checking your thread is all, as it appears to have died.

    Avg 10.5 lbs weight lost per week for 4 straight weeks.
