It seems as though we've lost Gabe as his visits here become less and less frequent. If that's the case, we've hopefully lost him for the better (staying on track) and not the worse.

Body Fat: 34.4%
Fat: 75.68 lbs
LBM: 144.32
Only personal opinion here but judging by the photos I’m guessing he is way more then 35%.
The BodPod testing is not a tape measuring system
