hey swifto, any adivce on my situation is appreciated

for a slight gyno flare up i did 25mg aroma / day for a week, then 12.5/day for a week and then 12.5 EOD for a short while before stopping altogether. also 60mg torimifene ed of first week i felt low estro symtoms which worsened despite lowering the dose (hence my stopping all together).

how long should i wait before i get back on it? would you change the dose?

Call up the leading drug pharma companies that make this drug and ask for any data they have regarding this question. i doubt a dr would know the answer to this.

hey swifto! the tabs of Aromasin I'm getting are 25mg, so splitting that in half would be 12.5mg ED, may not seem like much more (over the 10 mg a day), but just curious if that makes a big difference or not?? running 500mg of test e a week and dbol 40mgs a day. also running 500iu HCG a week, was going to do 12.5mg of Aromasin twice a week, that is until i read this post! ahah (I have pct aswell ahah)

depends on the compounds n amounts you are taking, but somewhere between .25-.5mg eod should suffice

You need to read up on what SERMs and AI's are.

A SERM will not lower estrogen, which is what this article is all about. Not to mention the direct toxicity of 1st Generation SERMs.

When I started my cycle I was told, see what happens and go from there. My nips got a little tender and I said "no big I can handle this" but I always thought in the back of my head "what is it doing INSIDE?" well at week 8ish my ankles swelled into "kankles" holy hell, about the same time I was reading this post, so I got the advised stane and one week at 12.5ed later its 95% gone. Lesson definetly learned!! I will always take one and will advise others to do the same!! Thanks for a great post!

I will say I've been on gear a while with no hairloss . When I added 12.5mg of aromasin for my last longer cycle my hair started to shed like mad. This the only thing I've done different then last cycles. I've read similiar posts that aroma has a androgen compound in it with a binding affinity greater then 30 times that of dht.
Going to stop and see if the shed ceases.

I am 5ft 3 inch and 135 low body fat...I have teston 400 ---400mg/ml and trenabol a and e blend...250mg/ml....I have looked everywhere my friend said to do 1cc of each 2 times a week....is that right for my height......
