Went to do back. Deads were a no go. Hams were tight! I think it's from all the added cardio during my cut. Going to switch out deads and move into some more explosive movements (snatch, power clean) and some plyo to get my hams healthier.

So we did a little contest at work.
Took weight, measurements, and before and after pics. Here's the stats first. Pics to follow.
Jan 12 -> Feb 9
Weight: 207.8 -> 207.2 -0.6lbs
Waist: 37 -> 35.75b -1.25"
Chest: 43.5 -> 45.5 +2.0"
Arms: 16 -> 16 1/8 + 1/8"
Calves: 15.25 > 15.25 no change
Neck: 15.5 -> 15.5 no change
That was a month of hard dieting and tons of cardio and HIT and HIIT. Can't wait to see how

Slept in. Noticed I forgot my pre work out. Said FVCK it I'll go without. Get to gym. Notice I forgot my shoes. Said FVCK me. Drove home. Got my shit. Didnt have time for LISS. Did HIIT instead. I'm a furnace.
Side note: taking noopept only at night when I have to get up in morning. Helps a lot.
