Lat rows 35 lbs
Stiff arm pulldowns 40 lbs
Bent over rows 30 lbs
3-4 sets each

Cardio
Run alternating 6-7 mph sprint for one min to one minute 4 mph walk
(First time running again since I first started bleeding)
Excited yay

Saw him last week. They aren't touching the "multiple" stones. (Grrrr) but I go back next month for a laparoscopy to see what some mass is. They thought it was a cyst but its not filled with fluid. So the waiting game again..... Joy
