It's very funny, most are posting intolerence....of intolerence lol I really think theres much more to hate on than someones sexuality, it's in my family & I dont give a rusty f*ck. I've seen, we've aaallllllll seen some horrid tub of lark riding rotten cheese smelling pile of scank and said to ourselves "dude, I'd rather f*ck the bagboy!" think about that! lol

One thing I have noticed is:, just because someone doesnt like or agree with something, we'll say gay, that doesnt necessarily mean that thier un-educated, that thier not comfortable with thier masculenity or femininity (sp), just because you dont like something does not make you an automatic hater or a basher or anything (this is in general, when the word "sickening" was used in this case it was obvious) but in general, it not always the case. "it's 2013 get over it!" ya it's 2013 and this is STILL a HUGE debate that most likely will never end, f'n stupid, but probably saddly true.

I mean really this is stupid of me to go on any more, but still I never got an answer as to the motive. Like it or not and I don't like it hasn't got to do with accepting gays. So if people think that it is an innocent pic of love or nothing different then my cat or some cartoon character and everyday scenery, Then in my OP you are just not willing to be honest enough to say it is a different portrayal and not common to a large degree. Yep! There are several television shows that I enjoy, but none come close to Seinfeld. I have probably seen every episode over 10 times; and yet I still laugh my ass off when I watch them on TBS. It is borderline obsessive actually, lol. When you can recite the dialogue a lot of the time, then you know you have seen it too much. Do you watch Curb Your Enthusiasm? It is the same type of humor which is not surprising considering it is about Larry David the creator of Seinfeld.

Nope, really not looking to start a disagreement. I understand people have a hard time with this issue. I have several Mormon friends who really struggle with it despite having gay friends. In their case, it is gay marriage that is a problem more than simply being gay.

I was only pointing out that this issue is less controversial now than ever and young people care even less...and they will be running things soon enough. Numbers show this issue is fading (but obviously far from gone). My point about conservative values wasn't about you so much as anyone on a forum of moral and legal deviance (we would say it isn't, of course) pointing out other things that are "wrong." Like steroid users who think smoking weed is wrong. Sure, we all have our opinions, but lose our ability to truly take the moral high road here.

Honestly, people that post things like two guys kissing are oftentimes bringing it up so it DOES start a discussion. Hopefully that discussion will result in an exchange of ideas rather than a screaming match. I am pretty impressed that is almost always goes pretty smoothly here.

Things will get better. He is a lot happier and doesn’t hate himself for how he feels. His dad has disowned him, “He is dead to me until he can stop being gay”. Situation erupted in to fist fight night my brother found out. He came to my house all drunk and started a fight. After my sister in law dropped my nephew off, my brother forced his other sons to help bring my nephews things over. They threw his stuff over my fence and into my yard. Several hours later my brother came back drunk off his ass. He broke my screen door and tried kicking my front door in. I tried calming him down and he attacked me. My brother blames me for my nephew being gay. My brother informed me that if I step foot on his property the hearse will be driving me away in a body bag.

Damn dude...that sucks. Its a bad deal when family catabolizes each other. Not from your end but you know what I mean. My step daughter came out a couple years back. It was difficult...I won't lie. I still don't agree with her lifestyle choice but I LOVE HER, regardless, and would always be there for her. To me, its just a difference of opinion. No different than me liking a red car and you liking a blue car. I'm not gonna hate you or disown you because you like a blue car.

Well I resort everyone's opinion to disagree on everything. But what you think is acceptable (women in bikinis) may be offensive to the gay, bisexual or transgender people on this forum. I'm sure when they see mine or another's bikini pics it doesnt appeal to them any may even offend them but neither is why we are here.
I think all of our personal beliefs in sexuality should be kept to ourselves. I'm not gay or straight. I am bmwgirl. The avi's are representations of ourselves whether its humor, attractiveness or anything that is an extension of us. We all have the choice to keep walking down the street and ignore the things we don't like along the way.
I believe it was offensive to put some of our "great" and longer term members in the spotlight wen this could've been handled with a one on one to admin.
We are all here to help and support each other and this lifestyle we have chosen. Gay, straight, ugly pretty fat skinny black orange hell even the Brits are welcome (lol) lets ray focused. That same guy kissing another guy just may save your life one day or make the choice to find you offensive
