You are just out of ketosis you should gradually reintroduce carbs, complex is better...

Friday night back and biceps. Mmm love not wanting to go out with friends. Tried that preworkout. Tasted awesome like gummy bears but not feeling the hit.

Thought something of this calibre would be better. Dmaa and 400mg caffeine. Hmm stims are strange with me.

Anyway had oats before I came out. If I don't see them bicep veins then I'll be disappointed!

Had a great workout and had a great night. Made a friend in the gym also. Felt very social. Then came home and my parents started arguing with me saying they showed nhs people that dealt with hormones my results and I'm fine and to stop worrying about it....

Pissed me off a little and shortened my fuse tonight

It's not about worrying and being 18 you should commence to leave your parents out of certain matters.

Of course you are "fine" personally I am too as I don't consider myself to have any organic disease of any sort, including low T - it's more about performance, well-being and self-improvement, not strict health-related matters. Modern medicine is in fact very dysfunctional and uncaring of the individual.

You need to grow independent from the doc figure as a care-giver, rather look at him/her as you would to your electrician or mechanic, nothing more than that. He's just another professional like everyone else, providing a service to your health needs.

The nhs can piss off. It's a great service yes I do agree and if I had a broken arm or burnt myself again yes I will go. However you are making a lot of sense to me.

It seems if I want to progress this and keep track of this possi me issue I will have to go private. And if an urgency ever did arise I would return to nhs and hound them. I could feel them resisting as soon as I mentioned test. And I feel the answer I will hear from now on is " your fine" " you're in range don't worry"

In a few months I will get private labs done. There is no way that nhs would ever let me get lh fsh and e2 done so that's where I am headed.

    Appreciate it biz

I know, I'm a lousy cooker. The dark hue is because of the radicchio btw.

Man i had many discusions/arguing the last year i lived with my folks.
Actually they were pretty sure my life would be better off without BB.
Actually they were wrong. I stil love BB. Gives me lots of pleasure, i think it gave me the girl i wanted and BB way of thinking has helped me in other areas aswell.
If i was born again and couldnt make alot of money from the sport i was gifted for, i would do another BB life.

But hey. Even Ronaldo does BB even he doesnt need it so maybe i would lift for pump no matter what.

Be positive. Forget the past. U can be a big resource if u use all those years as an experienced lifter of yours in a nice way. No need for rudeness. This is holy ground. Submit to it. Deal?

It's okay sweetie. In the US we have this handy, very important, easily misunderstood, thing called sarcasm: And the damn stuff doesn't always come through in the written word.

    I'm on board.

I'll let my upcoming blast do all things HIT castle.

I preffer high reps lighter weights at times, especially now, this damn carpal tunnel is been sidelining me.

It feels ok wrapped tight, but as soon as I go over 2 plates on bench it's a deal breaker

Plus this will give me time to heal.

Its all about pumping air in a tire.. Why do u think 99% of the gymrats look like shit?. Rigth, cause they do Dungeon HIT 6-10 reps. Heavy.
Just load up with Karbolyn, baking soda, creatin and beta alanine and preferable cardarine and u just pump em to high heaven. And dont be afraid of 30 reps. I feel 20 wont cut it for tris. 30-40....man..favourite track in the headphone...ur in the zone
