Hope everyone had great weekend... Looks like all y'all did was eat Sushi and 5 guys while Kitty trained, that's no way to beat me fellas.... So keep eating those peanuts.
My weekend flew by with the Homecoming festivities. In addition to my 3, I had 7 other screeching girls spend the night.... not in that way pervs... but everyone seemed to have fun. I met the boy who asked my daughter to the dance. Apparently, I'm intimidating. I'd hoped it was my intimidating muscular presence that did it, but it turns out that I'm just kind of an overprotective dick. Who knew. But she looked stunning and I'm proud of the way she carries herself.
I did still train Friday and Sunday, otherwise know as Back and shoulders, and Saturday I got in a 45 min walk with a weighted vest. Not very aerobic, but I managed to sweat a little. I sorta blew the diet Sunday morning, one of the mom's brought over an apple crisp baked thingie.... almost asked her to marry me on the spot.
Back on the chicken and rice today, training legs tonight. I'm not doing enough cardio, but I'm feeling pretty good. I got my mid-cycle bloodwork done last week and the Mast/Test cycle is boringly 'fine'. My estrogen was a little high, but cutting those freaking 1mg pills into quarters is NOT an exact science. I'm shooting for .25 every 3.5days, but its probably closer to .18, .3, .28...etc. It's close enough.

Not much to add today. I'm eating well, eggs, chicken, broccoli...blah, blah, blah... same food. Did legs yesterday. I've never literally thrown up while training, but yesterday was the closest I've ever come. Which is odd because I didn't actually feel like I worked as hard as I could have. One of the problems of going to a small gym for a long time is that I know too many chatty people. On the whole I can stay focused, but everyone wanted to chat yesterday. I appreciate their friendliness, but sometimes I need to get my shit done and go! I'll be in for arms tonight with my surly 'can't talk' face on.

Yea, winny came today
We are prepared. Wife went to beer store, I went and fueled up generator and gas cans. Beer fridge will not lose power!
You guys are gonna slow down all the wind and by the time it gets here it will be a 30mph gust that knocks a twig outta some old ladys tree.
She is gonna call and ask me to clean it up.
I am gonna shake my head and tell her my minimum charge and she is gonna say, "I will get my lazy ass grandson to do it"
I will then hang up the phone and walk around bitching about people that have no concept of money and say, "Fuck it I am going to the gym."
