Okay so I wanna switch up the routine and try this hit you hardcore motherf*****s do in here!! I've done HIT training before but I don't think I've done it correctly or close to how y'all do it. So if someone could help me out and take some time to kind of explain it a little more in detail I would greatly appreciate it! Since I've seen most of your guys workouts and they all look intense! Thanks in advance guys!

The only way your going to learn the whole process of HIT and understand my key principle to go freaky then you have to read from page one, I know it will take you days to ready but that's the only way your going to get into that zone and mind set we have to make us grow.

    Funny stuff clarky...

Back - my split is all fvked up but Getting great pumps/& w/o's Fukin killin it daily!!!! Errrrrgggggg

Stretching SMR RCs back lil tight but feel wide as door(not barn door yet lol)

    Lat pulldows for warm ups

    1. Close grip pull downs - 2 feelers/a warm up 2w(heavy) 6/4 1drop 3 really slow and squeezing(crushing that walnut between my rhomboids lats)

BB BENT over rows(reverse grip) - 2 feelers 1 warm up 2w 6/4 repped out a lighter set at end and felt my back explode!

    Seated rows - 2w 6/3 1drop 4(slow tempo)
Suppersetted w/straight arm pulldows 3w to failure(Lats felt fvkin wide)

Hamner rows - 3w 8/5/3 blasted a set after for 10 big pump

    One arm DB rows(heavy) - 2w 8/4.5

Reverse Cables(mid/touch higher) - 3w suppersetted very slow and paused all reps at concentric part of lift

    Trap deads 3w failure

    Hypers

I know it's more than I usually do but just had one of those days(also a group of PLs were in there benching/& doing weighted dips - I showed em all up w/3 45s on weighted dips for 12+ and stopped since every one of em couldn't do more than 5 lol) and had me by weight(about 15lbs was the lightest one all others were 230+) felt good now they want to lift w/me lol no thanks too slow

    Great session got legs tomorrow

Just hit back and bi's, started with wide grip pull downs 2 warm ups and 1 working set went for a drop set but underestimated myself and got a few too many reps, doesn't really matter i still failed. Next was lose grip pull downs palms facing each other. Went really heavy hit 4 reps so rest paused twice and failed on about 11 reps. When i stood up my back was pumped and i felt huge. Wide gripe row machine next 1 warm up 1 working rest paused again, after this i was out of breath but had more to do so over to the cables thought I'd try one arm cable rows after 1 set on each arm i jumped straight onto the close grip bent over row machine to finish myself off. Gave hypers a miss due to back issues. Had 2 minutes and started bi's which were already warmed up for back but thought I'd still do a few warms ups to be safe. Ez bar curls went heavy planning a drop set but once again underestimated myself and got 8 good reps so i took 10 deep breathes and went again and got another 2 and a half. Hammer curls next 1 heavy set got 8 on each arm finished off on preacher curl machine and drop setted myself silly. Great workout gaining strength all the time and whilst off cycle so im happy.

This was a serious work out. I was reading about Neil Hills Y3T training. Its a pretty cool set up its like a mix of weider and Menzter training tried chest week one this week and by fck my chest was so full of blood it was insane after the session.

As Marcus says sometimes it's hard to get your mind right into hit and for me I haven't deviated from this style of training since the thread started and neither have my training partners and tbh we have all gotten a bit montoneous together which is bad to say but I'd rather be honest gonna try this out and see how my body responds to this training.

All I can say is that it was very intense and just as fast as the normal hit time wise as previous workouts I'm wrecked.

Legs are really smoked today, so I'm happy. However, if I have to climb a ladder one more time tonight, I may punch myself in the groin just for relief.

Biceps and tris for me this evening. Believe I may hit it a tad earlier than usual and throw in some of the painful biceps stretching post lift.

Made up for yesterday's crappy workout with a killer chest session. Hit some new numbers too on incline db and hammer strength decline.

Flat bench: 1 warm, 1 feel, 2 working 1 drop.

    Incline db: 1 warm, 2 feel, 1 working (120 pb) 1 drop.

Flat fly: 2 feel, 1 working.

    Hammer decline: 2 feel, 1 working(360 pb) 1 drop.

Cable cross high pully: 3 working invreasing weight each set.

    Dips: 15, 12.

Kick ass session, dug deep and got a couple extra reps and went deeper into failure than normal. Shoulder was a bit tender on flat bench but loosened up once I got to db's. Trying to do a more traditional style hit than I normally have been doing and it is feeling good. No off day this week as I am heading to California on Friday to see some old friends and my old workout partner. Can't wait to go throw some iron around with him again, it has been a very long time.

I know this isn't strictly a HIT video, but I find it motivating as h*ll. Eddie Hall is a beast.

Whats up guys, just back from a little vaca....so before vaca I worked like crazy until then....so its been awhile.

Great getaway though....first anniversary. Spent Saturday from about 9am-4pm at the beach and pool. Definitely worth it.

Back at it this morning....and still have the entire week off to make up for it.

    Back this morning.

Wide grip pull downs 3 warms, 2 feels (one was suppose to be working but needed more weight) 1 working (205) 2 drops

    DB rows 1 feel, 2 working (95s)

    Low pully Hammer strength 2 working ( 3 45s 1 25 1 10) DD

Smith macine bent over rows (palms up) 2 working, 1 drop

    Hypers to finish.

Took a few back pics, lets see if any came out to post up....

    chest/bi last night

BB bench press (hate bb bench but DB's only go to 90) 3 warm up 2 working
seated incline DB curls 1 warm up 2 working/drop
incline DB press 1 working to failure 1 double drop
standing DB hammer curl 2 work `1 double drop
suspended TRX pushups (if you've never tried them they're not as easy as you'd think)
finished up with the pec deck.

So with my current split my bis/tri's take a beating two days in a row then a rest day then legs then shoulders then two rest days...I've been thinking about split geared towards arm growth and giving them their own day Thoughts? suggestions?

Failure - ive been seriously taking my body to places its not been for many years. The deaf stage and eye ball shake world of Marcus is back in force. Failure do you really think you are going to that last rep where its impossible to do another, are you truly doing that or are you kidding yourself and just thinking you are.

Failure, would you train any different if I train with you? would you push more weight, would you increase the intensity? if you did a leg session with kel in his cell would you train harder than you do now?

If your answer is YES you would, give yourself a left hook and stop fuking around.

I am telling you failure is the key, forget what certain youtube fukers says or some stupid arse skinny prick on YouTube who's is a doctor in exercise, they just pricks who cant grow, who say they don't want to be bigger or they say I am a power lifting and I am not going for size = BULLSHIT you cvnts.....its because you cant grow bigger because you haven't got ehat it take, the mental state of the inner aggression to take your body to places where its never been before so it as to grow bigger.

Ive just come back form the gym and all I can say is most of the session I was deaf and people were stirring at me because I was a mad man, which was normal for me!!!

now are you going to failure or counting reps?

Lets step this game up another level.
