Thanks for giving me the opportunity to try again with pics, but it wouldn't be fair and I am just to damn busy. Just returned from Baseball now we have to go visit our son in the hospital. It is what it is. Just ended at a bad time for me. Maybe next time I can do better. I used the comp to help motivate myself and learn a few things along the way. I achieved that and feel I made some progress. In body scan indicated I dropped fat and put on a few pounds of muscle. The mirror test is passing and I feel healthy and strong. So I am good.

My natural color is dark brunette with a lot of silver but I dyed it platinum a month ago. I rarely keep it natural. I should add "changing my hair color" to guilty pleasures!

Got a killer leg workout in today, finally gaining strength after a long break from legs cause of back injury. Been slowly increasing weight, and I'm up to 225 on squats without struggling or straining back. I'll probably go ahead and ease up to 275 next week
