Good arm session this morning, gym was crazy humid and hot.
Close press: 1 warm, 2 working.
Head cavers: 1 feel, 2 working.
Single db overhead: 3 working.
Vbar push down: 3 working.
Big bar curl: 1 warm, 2 feel, 1 working 1 drop.
Incline db curl: 3 working.
Cable concentration: 1 feel, 2 working.
Dips to failure: 30, 20, 18.
Hanging leg lifts: 3 sets.
Dip rack side knee raise: 3 sets.
Felt good, weight is still down at 262 but looking lean and tight with good vascularity. Off tomorrow, will be a rough day, won tickets to see a dj (EDX) so will be going clubbing tonight. Been a long time since I have been to a club, going to be a good time with my wife and another couple, PARTY TIME!

On the plus side, there isn't anything going on at work that won't wait, so I'm taking tonight off!! Wasn't looking forward to a 7 day workweek anyway
