Tai's Free Cycle Advice...

Hi again Tai Lord.
I'm currently on a bulk cycle of TestE/Deca/Drol and I have 4 weeks last.
I'm looking forward to start my cutter once I'll be fully recovered, but I'm actually 17%bf and wanted to cut a bit before start the cutter, to maximize its results. SO...
Can I add some T3 for the last 4 weeks or am I going to hinder my mass and bulk gains?
How will be the right dosage to not risk to cataboize muscles? I'm being at 500mg ot test weekly btw. I'm also planning to take Clen starting the day after last inj. of test and include it for PCt too.

go w/ a T3/T4 combo say around 25mcg/100mcg respectively, for your last 4 weeks.. just make sure your off of them before you start pct.

so i upped my PCT to Nolva, clomid, armimadex and hcg.
i'll take 20mg nolva on the day of my last stick for a 4 weeks, the clomid 14 days after at 100mg a day for 2 weeks and then 50mg a day for 1 week, the arimadex throughout the cycle for the bloat and so my nips dont hurt, and the hcg i bought 5000iu and that should be good for 10 days so do that everyday for 10 days and im good yeah?

if your running long esters .. no need to start pct protocol after last stick.. thats absolutly pointless.. you need to wait the proper time so that when u do administer your SERM and AI that your exogenous adrogen levels are low enough not to prevent recovery.

Ok so here is what i have planned so far:

1-10 Tren Ace @ 100mg ED
1-12 Test Prop @ 50mg ED

Now i not sure what to run alongside this and i want your opinion Tai, Masteron or Winny and at what dosages for maximum results?

Which will cut me up more from your experience provided diet is in check.

Also, should i take Letro during cycle or just keep on hand in case of gyno signs?

both are great choices.. masteron is much easier on the body health wise but since both are potent dht's they are still going to mess w/ prostate/cholesterol.
i'd opt for win due to cost and the strength gains it yields, but if ur conservative health wise- go with masteron

i'd run win last 7 weeks around 75mg-100 ED
or mast throughout whole cycle at around 50-75mgED

doubling dose? are you saying if you like switch from testP to testE.. would u double the dose of testE to frontload and catch its plasma levels up to peak?
or would you completely alter your cycle?

diet needs work.. im personally not fond of the macros by any means.. carbs are too high for a carb depletion diet, and too low for a proper low calorie diet..
there is NO need for DBOL or Deca in that cycle.

Understand but I don't. How can my carbs not be low enough for a carb depletion diet but not high enough for a proper low calorie diet?

Should I drop to 100 carbs a day?

What would you suggest as far as carbs go??

Here's a little info about myself:
24yrs old, 202lbs at the moment, 15.6% body fat, 5'9"

previous cycles:
1. test E 250/w 1-10
deca 200/w 1-10
pct: clomid

2. test E 500/w 1-10
deca 400/w 1-10
pct: clomid

3. test E 500/w 1-10
EQ 400/w 1-10
prop 100/eod 10-15
winnie 50/ed 10-15
pct: clomid

workout is at about 80-90%.. diet is at about 75-85% and improving drastically.... my next cycle is gonna consist of the following and i have all compounds on hand...

Prop 1-12 300mg/w eod
Tren A 1-12 300mg/w eod
Adex 1-12 .25mg/w eod
PCT: Nolva

Tai i need your opinions on it... goals are to shred like a mad man for summer... also i need help with how to properly run nolva with these compounds for PCT not during

Run 2-2.5mg ED until the lump dissipates.

In my experience...this takes anywhere from 1-3 weeks, depending on the starting levels of letro already in your system. Then, every 2 days or so lower the dose by .5 or so..it should take about a week to ramp down. After this, I would remain on it at a very low dose. You should obviously continue it in your cycle if you intend on keeping the aromatizing compound(s) dose the same.

It does take quite awhile to build up. This is why I like to frontload before my cycle and then run very low dose for sole purposes of gyno prevention. You do need SOME estrogen

What kind of results do you think cutting the dosing of a cycle in half will hinder in more direct numbers?

e.g.

Test C - 400mg/wk to 200mg/wk
Deca - 400mg/wk to 200mg/wk
