ok weight is about 242.2 since I started the superdrol

My anadrol did come through but I'm gonna hold that off or get rid of it....

I'm thinking I'm pushing my body a little too far this year and its not wanting to do much more right now..... I have been on AR since last April weighed 210 on my join date, now approaching 250 in one year...... My body is probably wearing down so I gonna drop the superdrol and stop the tren and cruise on test till my contest prep..... My blood pressure went a little too high for me, 145/94, which is the highest I have ever had it..... I'm becoming real lethargic and my nose feels dry possible leading to bloody nose later.....

Yes it sucks that I'm going to stop gaining for now and maintain but I gotta stay smart and not screw my body up in the long run..... I'm 24 and have alot of time to get much much bigger

Damn bro, didnt realize how much youve gained in such a short amount of time. That alone is pretty amazing. Again, good call listening to your body. You really have accomplished a lot imo. Now i have time to catch up! Haha. Hit me up bro.

    Quick update.

training still going strong and good.

    Switched a few things up

program still the same will probably back down to everything once a week next week then go down to just 3x a week probably just before I start contest prep... Trying to keep my body well rested and maintain what i got for the next month in a half before prep begins in 2 weeks into May

Ok now some pics for the end of the cycle since you guys NEED them.....

just my weak points...... legs and upper chest and a just for fun pic

two updates though strength is about the same....

Funny update from the other day doing chest/back: I was doing regular barbell bench press, didn't realize it but put a 35lb plate on one side and a 25lb plate on other (trying to do 275) and still managed to press it out like 10x then later realize the weight was wrong. My spotter didn't notice it either but thought it was pretty amazing that i just gripped it out. I gotta be MORE AWARE!!!

anyway just for a bit so enjoy

Are you ****ing kidding me? Lookin way too ill son, way to ill! First pic i say got some good quad definition goin for sure, maybe work more on inner. Second pic your hams look huge bro, crazy leg development there imo! Last 2 pics look hella cut and vascular for sure no doubt! Maybe its just the angle but 3rd pic and last makes your chest look pretty flat bro. Im sure you dont have a flat chest by any means but the pics make your chest like kinda flat. Arms, delts, haven't seen a back pic lately but could only imagine it lookin sick too, legs, everything looks in sync and ill for your age bro. You came a long way hella quick!

Id say bring up those calves to match your arms and focus on inner quads and overall chest development. Maybe your chest is swole, just those last 2 pics make em look kinda flat compared to everything else. Now go get some sponsors and win some comps! You need to compete on those comps we talked about recently bro, all of them now! Can't even imagine how ripped your gonna look after your contest prep cycle and swole. Good job bro, well deserved! Probably the biggest transformation ive seen being a member on this site or any aas board, seriously! Give yourself some mad props and credit, well deserved!

Your shoulders & lats have grown.... Never knew they were that up to snuff.

Legs look lean and are getting there. Nice job so far bringing stuff up.

Yo, I weighed 275lbs yesterday.... Getting bigger, finally lifting some almost respectable weight lol. Hang cleaned 315lbs for 2 again. Been doing lots of sprinting and jogging so I'm getting there too thank god.

    See you around.

Arms & Hamstrings look really good,I know the back is solid as well, quads and chest little behind. Your chest will look much better if you roll the near shoulder back and bring the off arm up under your rib cage. The way you are doing your side chest you are collapsing it. Be sure and keep the 90 degree angle though in the front arm just as it is now. If you can start posting pics of your mandatories once a month or so it would be easier to critique.

Yep fireguy my chest looks behind in those pics. Its hard to get a good pose on that computer camera. I got three seconds to hit a pose once i press the button so its not always the best....

I realize my posing is flawed as well. Been working on it for sure. One of my buddies at the gym is 40 and is doing the Jr. USA's in several weeks and has been helping me. He says I got the posing down better than most just a few quirks to work out. He will be helping me learn my poses, chose the music for the night show when he gets done with the contest which i believe is right when I begin my prep

Yep I gotta a lot of improvements to make, its strange I bring one thing up another falls behind, then try to focus on something else and I feel like another part is being neglected and needs to be brought up.... It gets me wrapped up sometimes and I get tempted to go ahead and start that tren back up but.... I can't..... I shouldn't at least.... I'm definitely not wanting to be reckless and fukk myself up early....

Nothing is a substitute for time and staying on track with my diet....

Glad to hear you have someone there to help you with the posing, cant over-emphasize how important that is. Looking forward to watching this all come together, you will never forget your first show.

    Yo bro;

Just saw your avi on the post whore thread & tuned into the end of this cycle. Grats on the modest (was is 50lb?) gain in a year! didn't see the pics but can tell from the avi you're a big boy - you should do well in the comp. Also think it's good that you are going to cruise for a while and take care of your BP etc. At 24 that is very important - you want to come out a champ on the other end too!

What is your cruise dose going to be?

    Props man!
