    oh and Mr Maximus please tell me where i got owned, i have yet to see it. is it because i have only been training 3 years, what does that even mean???? seriously. some guys train for 5 years and go pro, granted they have good genetics, but training experience has nothing to do with AAS, im surprised you cant see that.

    besides i know how to fvcking train, better than most, although i still learn new stuff everytime i go to the gym, i imagine it will always be that way.

    i have yet to see someone prove me so terribly wrong, i mean the biggest sticking point i have heard in this thread is basically: you never need masteron, cause it wont do anything for you on a cycle.................unless your under 10%.............i say hogwash, i mean who doesnt want to increase their libido?????? its not like I suggested 200mg EOD or something.................................to get that "hard vascular look" i mean seriously i could care less about beind 10%, frankly dropping down under that isnt healthy, and I dont do shows, i dont have the dedication to diet to even think about it, I eat waaaaay too much for that, and i dont have the genetics, im an endo..................

    I used masteron in my cycle @ 100mg EOD, it was axe eo so it was prolly under-dosed, but my dick has never been so hard so often.....................proviron did the same thing to me, and i love it...............................................a nd it does make your muscles harder even at 14% shorty.

    I'm unsubscribing to this thread. This constant, unrelenting bickering and condescending holier-than-thou garbage is what makes this forum annoying sometimes. Christ, 276 posts and 99% of them are bvllsh*t!!!

    I am 29yrs 6'2 220.8lbs 20% bodyfat. I have been lifting for a year now. I having been thinking long and hard for three months and have decided to do my first cycle. I have a diet in place. It is what I should be eating just not always when I should be eating it because of work and I am single dad, it is sometimes hard to get all food prep done to take to work with me. I work out with my roomate who has been into building for 4 years and we came up with a routine that seems to be working well for me. The majority of my bodyfat is around my waist it has been that way since I was seven. Even football for 4 years in high school didn't take that away. So this is what I have came up with:
    1-10 test e(amps) 500mgs/week-shot once a week
    12-15nolvadex pct 40/40/20/20

    I am worried about gyno cause of my bodyfat. So what I need to know is about the signs of it-and in detail because I read about the itchy nips and the swelling but will i know? Is it real Itchy? Is the hard palet under nips easy to notice or do i have to pay really close attention? Are there any other signs? If i do notice it can i just use the nolva-to block? Do i need to get some adex to reduce the level of estrogen if this occurs? or can i take nolva until signs subside?

    every other day pinning is perfectly ok, ed is unnecessary in my experience.
    not everyone will suffer those sides, the trick is to start out with something low like 350mgs pw, i got fantastic results of that and zero sides

    I wouldn't argue with it being perfectly okay. The reasons I prefer to pin it ED rather than EOD are mainly due to the half life of the acetate ester. ED pinning keeps hormone level fluctuations down and also the sides as a consequence. Also I like the feeling of Tren at it's peak. I pin it early in the morning timed so that the peak coincides with my workout in the afternoon.

    Edit: I've just been looking around on the web about its half life and I'm probably actually wrong about the half life. If going on half life then EOD pinning would be perfectly acceptible. ED pinning seems to give you more of a daily peak though from my experience - just goes to show how much of a druggie I am. lol :-)

    the important words in my post were, in my experience


    it made zero difference to me. did you feel physical difference?

    pinning and training time have no correlation at all btw

    On a tren cycle HCG is going to be a must....

    You would be silly to not use it...

    And for my input on this thread.....well actually not this thread but the argument LOL



    I used Swifto's PCT protocol with HCG on cycle as he recommends and my BW results came back showing an INCREASE in TT....

    That BW was done 12 weeks Post PCT as well...


    It worked for me that time so I will be using it the same again but with a higher HCG dose due to the addition of other more SuperDrive compounds....

    As far as my experience with tren goes, I've used tren A twice at at fairly low doses yet still with great results. 300mg pw & 350mg pw were my doses. Both times I combined it with test prop at 500 and 600mg pw. I dint experience much in the way of coughing but had noticeable night sweats, violent dreams and m aerobic capacity took a notable blow. I'm prone to loosing hair on cycle but fortunately tren didn't seem to cause me problems there.

    well im looking at 300mg pw tren a and 800mg pw test e so should so good gains with this.

    Any opinions on using a diff test or tren?

    eod is fine mate, ive tried both ways on one cycle and it made no diff, ed pinning becomes a tiresome chore. there may be slight diff on paper but physically theres absolutely none to be felt
