I agree with you 100% but odds are it would be ok. I know this dermatologist who keeps about 20 to 30 pre-filled syringes of lidocaine in each of his exam rooms bc it saves time as he has his assistant draw it up in advance. Sometimes a syringe will sit there for a week before use. I rotated with him for a month during residency and there wasn't a single patient that returned with an infection. I still don't think it's good practice but apparently it's ok to pre-load a syringe for a short time. It has to be from a multi-use bottle though bc mult-use preparations contain a preservative that resists the growth of bacteria.
I have no experience with lidocaine. But, i can tell you that ive seen several photos of gear stored in a syringe and not only did the rubber swell up, but the gear inside changed color. Some photos even have particles floating around. And if im not mistaken, swm1972 was going to perform this exact experiment to prove what happens when you store gear in a syringe. FTR, he advocated NOT to store gear in your syringe.
Obviously time is an essential factor. But for my body, i would NEVER store gear in a syringe any longer than absolutely necessary - especially when the vial is a perfect storage vessel.

Chest is the easiest for me.... I like forarms too.. They feel like they blow up in the days after when working out... This is for ALTERNATE places that is... Obviously the little strap on the out side of your ass cheek or anywhere on the outside of the quad is easyiest... But I've been splitting my injections to morning night and I've been in dire need of new spots.. New fave is def the chest
With chest injections I've even tried going from the bottom up but it felt awkward and I like the two too three inches above nipple... I always use 1.5in with no problems either.. Although I feel like I'm gonna puncture a lung but my buddie is a dr and he just laughed at me when I asked if I could cause any harm using 1.5 instead of 1"... Same with forarm injections... Actually with the forarm you need a longer pin on it seems that the oil not obly gets under your skin but doesn't seem to really absorb as well..

Helpful info on delt injection. 1" or 1.5"?
Also it would be 1.5ml with 22g. I've heard this may be too big for delts.
Haha hell I'm not a fan of sticking a needle in me either but that's a part of the game. Wish I had some 25g pins. Hopefully I can do ok with the 22g. I've read some horror stories.
I shop for my stuff at arr. I think they have a 25g 1" but I try to stick with 1.5" just to be ready for whatever. Maybe I just need to stock some 1".
No pain at all with the 22g in the delt. I didn't even feel it go in. However as soon as I pulled it out there was a sharp pain going from my shoulder to my neck and its KILLING ME! Ok seriously not that bad but it is throbbing a little here and there. Prob hit a nerve. Found my new spot though!
By the way I need to find another spot to replace my glutes. I just have bad luck with them. Every time I hit them they swell up to for days and I can feel the knots. I think I did some serious damage to them on my last cycle of either I just suck at hitting them. Any suggestions? I don't want to do crazy stuff like chest and tri's but I'm up for suggestions.
^^^ my sites right now are glutes, delts, and thighs. It's just a scary thought in the tri,s. I might have to try them though. Calfs are another thought but again just scary sounding to me anyway haha. I'm a puss.
Do you really do your lats or jk? It seems scary and difficult to reach back there. I don't think I am even capable of reaching my own lats.
Unless you do it too close to your ribs and it knots up. Shit sucks
