Thanks. Next week we are going to Hawaii for the first time so it's a good month :-DOriginally Posted by austinite
I was going to pay cash but the interest was so low at 1.99%, we decided to finance it instead and keep money in bank. Only pay $225 per month which is the lowest car payment I have ever had lol.Originally Posted by DexterMorgan

Yup they all work. Already sold a couple that were like new. Honestly the best place to find them is on Craigslist. The person who owned the house before me sold Kirby and took other models in as trade. I took 15+ to the dump that were left outside because they were lower model Hoover, Eureka and such. I even found one New in box Kirby that sells for over $2k along with over 100 different attachments. lol I have probably 20 Sanders, shampooers, floor waxing handles, painter attachments and more.
This is what the garage looked like after 1 full day of cleaning. I should have taken a picture before I started. The inside of the house was not much better.

Holy sh#t lol.
Saw pics of the house...looks very nice. Cant believe people can live like that.
Short sale. They had plenty of time to get everything out. I was in the house a almost 2 months before closing and also 2 weeks before closing. In the last 2 seeks the only thing they took was a small pool table and foosball table.
From the records I found they had not paid anything for about 16 months. I received a bill from the water district for $1500. No I didnt have to pay it.
You would not believe all the clothes and personal items that were left. Found some high end clothing as well that was never worn. I even found a Nordstrom gift card with $50 on it, a couple small diamond rings, emerald ear rings, TVs, laptop and a box with well over 1000 files with individuals information along with a copy of their drivers license, bank information and SS card from past sales and financing. I wonder what that would bring on the black market??? The karma would kill me I'm sure so it's going into a burn pile soon.
People are just weird what they will walk away from. I found one little baggie with some meth/crack residue, one glass pipe for smoking pot in the back yard under the corner of the back porch and a small baggies with just a pinch of pot. lol
The neighbors were all excited to have someone new in the place. They had left a BIG mess in front of the house from 4th of July and usually had 10+ cars and loud parties all the time. The 1st day there we cleaned up most of the yard and the street. We have meet several of the neighbors and shown them the inside of the house and all the junk/stuff that was left and our remodel ideas. They are happy to have us there, so far. lol
