Farting a crapload from beans/lentils. Meals 2 and 3 are 100g lentils or beans, chicken/tuna, broccoli and sourcream garlic sauce. When i finish 1 bag (800-900g) of beans/lentils i carb up then cook another type of beans and repeat.
