Hope everyone had great weekend... Looks like all y'all did was eat Sushi and 5 guys while Kitty trained, that's no way to beat me fellas

.... So keep eating those peanuts.
My weekend flew by with the Homecoming festivities. In addition to my 3, I had 7 other screeching girls spend the night.... not in that way pervs... but everyone seemed to have fun. I met the boy who asked my daughter to the dance. Apparently, I'm intimidating. I'd hoped it was my intimidating muscular presence that did it, but it turns out that I'm just kind of an overprotective dick. Who knew. But she looked stunning and I'm proud of the way she carries herself.
I did still train Friday and Sunday, otherwise know as Back and shoulders, and Saturday I got in a 45 min walk with a weighted vest. Not very aerobic, but I managed to sweat a little. I sorta blew the diet Sunday morning, one of the mom's brought over an apple crisp baked thingie.... almost asked her to marry me on the spot.
Back on the chicken and rice today, training legs tonight. I'm not doing enough cardio, but I'm feeling pretty good. I got my mid-cycle bloodwork done last week and the Mast/Test cycle is boringly 'fine'. My estrogen was a little high, but cutting those freaking 1mg pills into quarters is NOT an exact science. I'm shooting for .25 every 3.5days, but its probably closer to .18, .3, .28...etc. It's close enough.
Guitarzan, you start your winny yet? (edit: whoops just saw your post... sorry brother. I'm sure it will get here the 25th
Cape, go eat something fattening and then sit on the couch some more.
