Damn. I come back & Obs comes off as an f’n literary genius. Then this?

    Fictive like kitchen wall colors.

Sorry, I read too much philosophy. Words and ideas are special. How the fuc* did you come up with that phrase?

And I am NOT being sarcastic. I mean, f-me. Fictive? My wife is more literal than me & never heard this word. And then to attach it to kitchen wall colors.

Hey Sil, what do they eat and what alcohol is popular in your parts? I’m visiting this Summer on my vacation. Do you mind?

Hehe. Restaurants are international. We are the richest and most developed country in the world bro.

Biggest difference is how we drink. Norwegians get drunk big time. We (not me) go to France and England and get shitfaced all nigth. How often do u see a shitfaced londoner or french guy?..Never.
All Scandinavia. But the denish dudes are a bit better.

And we are a bit cold. We dont salute neigbours. But many pussies too. If u adress a foreign norwegian, he will not say "get out of my face, dog"...The norwegian will just go away and dont look at u.

Then you guys need to spend some time with female pilots... preferably rotary wing. That's all I will say on that note!

Seriously. Females are the best car drivers. I have worked with road logistic in 20 years. Because they drive more safeley and passive than male drivers. And that moment is so much more important than all other factors together. The road is a place NOT to show muscles!! So all in all, they are the best. Even if they cant park the car beetween two other cars. "Lukeparkering" in norwegian, dunno the english term for it. Smalspaceparking perhaps lol

Looks somewhat like what we call parallel parking, Sil, but small space parking is a good description! Takes good depth/spacial perception and hand-eye coordination.

So Sil, did 2 bicep & 2 tricep exercises today @ 100 reps each. Thinking of the following program, please give me your feedback.

Day one: chest, shoulders (can’t do high volume with those because of RC issues) both biceps/triceps 2 exercises each for 100 reps each.

Day two: back & repeat biceps/triceps

Day three: legs & repeat biceps/triceps

    Day four rest.

    Repeat for days 5, 6 & 7.

Or, am I way off with this feeder technique?

IMO- that is too much.. feeders are just trying to get the blood into the muscle. 1 exercise 4 sets 15-20 reps daily, except on the days of the muscle.

Maybe misinterpreted the stuff that I saw on-line. It actually mentioned 3 sets of one exercise, but it was supersetted with another. Both around 100 reps.

Either way, time for a change & I loved the burn from today’s workout.

    TY for the input.

Ur both very wrong. Charg too.

Feeders are 50 to 100 reps. 1 set. Piana did 3 sets. But 1 set works. And its done before bedtime. And..important..u only do one musclegroup at a time. Even Piana did shoulders OR bis. Point is NOT to stress the CNS. If so, its all a waist.
So pic your most lagging part. (or the muscle u really wanna up)Stick with it for 3 months. Then u go to the next lagging part. I didnt read Rich how to maintain that upped part when u switch. But maybe the increased bloodvessels and focia will make it easier to train it in the gym. But do not switch before your weakest part is NOT your weakest part anymore!

    F. i, i do 6 times a week for lateral raises, meaning, i take a feeder pause for lateral raises the day when i hit that movement in the gym.
The best thing with shoulder midhead feeders is that it also brings up your traps big time. More than the regular gym traps training actually. Its impossible to do side laterals without traps involvement. Piana also pointed that out.

Results; i lean forward in the avi, but u see my shoulders are growing more now...after i started hitting them with feaders.

Mine is modified because I am using BFR with the feeders.

Oh, I remember her from the cartoon well. Even waaay back then I knew there was something awful special about the ladies.

My wife is the opposite. She doesn't drive...at all. I think I know why, so I never push the issue.
She did drive illegally once, which about sent my ass boomeranging back into CCU.

My primary tri exercise has been single arm dumbell overhead tri extensions. I do them in front of a mirror and watch my elbow. I try to keep it perfectly vertical and motionless while I do the extensions.

Other than that I do cble ext and tricep press. Thats not a viable option before bed though.
I think I will do some feeders tonight and see if I can stay regular.
I have had enough food and insulin today that I dont think I could overwork something if I had to.

U have a rope pull downs machine in your bathroom or bedroom?

I think this feedersthing must be easy. Must fit in your daily routines or else it would be too stressfull. Damned we are going to the gym multiple times and eat all the time.
Complex feeders admin would be too much for me.
I just keep a set of dumbbels in the bathroom. When i finish brushing teeth i just pic it up.

But if u have a homegym i guess it would be ok.
I have started sligthly leaning back military press with olympic bar for upper chest development. In the homegym next to the bathroom.
Military press with a sligthly bend backwards is maybe the best upper chest exercise there is for many guys.
And besides shoulders and traps/neck, upper chest is maybe the muscle witch do the most for your physic.

What happens when wifey stubs her toe on the dumbells?? I’ll bet Sil is no longer the king, but the pauper. LOL

Depending on how far back you go, you may still be hitting a lot of delts with military press.

I agree about the upper chest. I have been working on it for the last year and it has paid off.

Last christmas she..lolol..opened the fridge door and my plastic proteincontainer fell down and hit her head. Because i had left it on the edge.
Man she freak out and yelled and was pissed as a mf. Sorry for us i was in the middle of a trenrun and told her clearly it was her bad and i would not be taking the heat for this. She freaked out more and i straigthened my 280 pounds tren body and walked against her. For sure i didnt intend to do anything, but she got afraid and went to her mother that christmas.
    Damned the tren lol.
Anyway...u got a point. We cannot leave our shit everywhere

Would cable pushdowns/ pressdowns not fit the criteria? Honest question, seriously.

Hey Sil- try feeders using 4 sets of 15 with 30 sec rest in between. I seem to get a bigger pump (at least in the legs) by doing it this way. The first set of 15 are easy and you could probably do 20. By the last set, it is difficult to arrive at 15, but the pump is real.

no no no. Dont dance on Rich grave now. That would not be a feeder. For sure it will give crazy pump, BUT..most important..it would tax the CNS. Then its not a feeder. Feeders dont tax CNS. Thats why we can do them in addition to regular gymworkouts.
If u mess with the CNS too much, u will end up looking like shit and nobody will ever never give u sidelooks.

I have also added BFR. Not that taxing. How do you define too taxing to the CNS??
Trying to stay with something and not improve on it will leave you behind. I think if I show you before and after, you will at least want to try it.
Are you a follower or a missionary in search of better methods? You need to expirement.

Trying to stay with something and not improve on it will leave you behind. I think if I show you before and after, you will at least want to try it.
Are you a follower or a missionary in search of better methods? You need to expirement.
What works for one may not work for another or there may be better methods.

Im a do'er. Not a dont'er. Remember Pain and Gain and Walberg/the Rock goddamit.
To me everything more than 4 regular gymworkouts would be too taxing.
I guess juice will increase tolerance, but watch it bro.
Feeders are for bloodflow only. Ur not supposed to come anywhere near tearing white fibers.
I would say your take should be done in the gym.
Then u add feeders to the equation at home.

I’m not a follower. If you take a look, my version of feeders is less taxing than Piana’s but more than yours.
I will push myself. No place for the weak. I’m going on stage again and I will be better than last year.
I am not saying that my way is the perfect way, but if you don’t try and improve, then go home.
Hell, you may be right, I may end up decreasing muscle however my results so far say the contrary.
