Cal, if I had known the kind of ass that shows up @ Pet events here in Edmonton I would have called you down yesturday. Its was the Edmonton Humane Society's "pets in the Park" so I brought my friends Pitbull and the women were absolutely insane. It was +28 and the sweaty snatch was stretched as far as the eye could see. Got the "you and your dog look like a couple of beefcakes" about 5 times... I was thinking... who the fcuk uses the word beefacke anymore? I had the only Pitty and it appears chicks really dig them.
Finally got a tan, but with a tank top on... my fault for cutting too late into the season... if I had the 6pack popping I could have taken the shirt off and asked to have some lotion rubbed on me.
She tried to suffocate me... AWESOME
ummm AWESOME

Sup bitches how are we all today/tonight?? this weekend was my first while going out and not drinking alcohol, my mates were a bit edgy at first about it but think its not too bad now!!
Good feeling now theres nothing really in the way of training really hard
Ok, this is totally not important, but I did deadlift yesterday for the first time in awhile. I usually don't do deadlift, for a variety of reasons I could go on about for awhile. I do try and do it once every 4th or 5th week though, because it is one of my favorite movements.
Well, I haven't done it for about 8 weeks now, so I have lost my "groove" on the movement. I was still able to work up to 475 for a couple of sets of a couple of reps. I know myself and how my muscle memory works, especially with deadlift. If I did this every week again, in just 2 or three weeks i would be going over 500 again with ease.
Well, f*ck that noise. I love deadlift, and today i remembered why. When i woke up this morning, I was SORE. I mean I usually get sore, but WOW.
When my wife got home, she decided to walk on my back and my out hamstrings for me, which felt awesome in that painful "want to cry" sort of way.
When she was done, I felt like jellow. As I was looking up at the TV, she snapped a picture with my phone.
Now this is not a quality picture, I mean, low megapixel, the light was coming in the window and hitting me directly, so no real grooves or shape was able to be determined, etc.
With all this considered, terrible lighting, bad picture, not flexed, feeling like jellow, all things considered, I actually like the picture.
I guess i am just not used to seeing myself at this angle, and to me, my back looks thick/dense, and my legs even look pretty thick.
Let me know what you guys think!
Be mean if you want, make me feel like shit if you must, just be honest!
