    ya im 270 right now at 6 2...but u take my bf and divide it by 5 and that is swoles...so theres a big difference

    I'm with ya on Quiznos, Swole. I ate tons of Subway, and finally tried Quiznos (double turkey on wheat w/mustard, lettuce, tomato and bacon)..holy crap, 10x better than Subway! At least Subway toasts now, though still doesn't come close to a Quiznos.

    This is old news!!

    No more 284.....I am 249 right now......I have pics from 42 some odd days ago with me and Francis (the UPN actor I am training) when I was 275. Those are on my site and there are two of them.

    It's now operation 230 or so......dependent upon what I need to actually do in order to look how I want to.

    I actually never do abs, don't need to.

    I may do about 3-4 weeks worth before pics, but once they are there they pretty much always are.
