I've found it's SO much easier to tell the truth about my sexual identity from a position of strength. When a General Contractor or Sub-Contractor asks me if I'm married, I'll say: "To a woman?? Nah! But I have been dating the same guy for over two years." as calm as can be. That they've already christened me "Muscles" or "Strong Man", and I'm about twice as buff as the next biggest guy on the building site, makes it that much easier.

My waist off season is no more than 32". I buy jeans 36"-38" and I get them 99% cotton/1% spandex so the jeans give a little on my quad and hamstring sweep when I sit down or go up and down stairs. Honestly, I do have a problem with stairs. I kinda do a waddle motion so I don't have to bend my knees too much.

I buy something like this with the waist way to big so there is more leg room. Also relax fit so the legs are cut larger, cotton/spandex. I would not buy this ugly ass color though. These are the only ones I could find real quick with cotton/spandex. I stick to basic blue jean color. None of that bleached multi colored shit.

i would imagine so, if the words are used in a derogitory sense.

It's actually completely startling to me when I hear young black kids calling each other N****. It sometimes seems it's every other word out of their mouths. The first step in getting the world to change its perceptions about you is changing your own perceptions about yourself. Language is a powerful force that affects the way we ultimately think about a topic or a group. I don't think Sen. Obama, growing up, allowed himself to think of himself as a N****.

Some gay groups have tried to "reclaim" the word queer as a positive term (ie: "Queer literature" or "queer theatre") but even there it still has a negative shock value, in my opinion.

"Mary", on the other hand, is a completely useful term...

I was at the barber shop and this guy who looked college age came in with his friends and his little brother who looked about 8 years old. He sat there calling this little 8 year old kid a little fuckin' bitch ass faggot and sissy over and over. I wanted to fucking knock him the fuck out. How can you say that to a little kid? Why would he want to put that in his head and what would he say or do if it was true? I told myself if he said it one more time I would say something to the group of guys but he didn't and left the barber shop.

Obama rejects proposed California gay marriage ban

Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama, who previously said the issue of gay marriage should be left up to each state, has announced his opposition to a California ballot measure that would ban same-sex marriages.

In a letter to the Alice B. Toklas LGBT Democratic Club read Sunday at the group's annual Pride Breakfast in San Francisco, the Illinois senator said he supports extending "fully equal rights and benefits to same-sex couples under both state and federal law."

"And that is why I oppose the divisive and discriminatory efforts to amend the California Constitution, and similar efforts to amend the U.S. Constitution or those of other states," Obama wrote.

Obama had previously said he opposes same-sex marriage but that each state should make its own decision.

A spokesman for Republican presidential candidate John McCain, who last week endorsed Proposition 8 on the Nov. 4 California ballot, accused Obama of continuing a pattern of changing his position on issues.

"It just depends on where you catch him and what time of day … whether it's public financing, town hall debates and now gay marriage," said Rick Gorka, a spokesman for the Arizona senator.

Ben LaBolt, an Obama campaign spokesman, declined to comment on the McCain campaign's allegations. But LaBolt noted that the Illinois senator opposed a proposed federal ban on gay marriage. Campaigning in Pennsylvania in April, Obama said he would oppose a similar constitutional ban under consideration by the Legislature there.

"Senator Obama opposes all divisive and discriminatory constitutional amendments such as the one in California," LaBolt said.

McCain endorsed a 2006 Arizona initiative defining marriage as only between a man and a woman, which was defeated. But he voted against a federal constitutional amendment against gay marriage.

Randy Thomasson of the Campaign for Children and Families – which backs the California ballot measure – called Obama a hypocrite.

"He says he believes marriage is for a man and woman, yet he's promising he would undo federal marriage protection and oppose California marriage," Thomasson said.

Thomasson predicted Obama "will lose votes in California due to his pandering to San Francisco extremists."

Well growing up in NY in a black neighborhood, the twist with the N bomb with an A at the end is what they consider a term of endearment. The N bomb with the ER at the end clearly is insulting to them. There is actually alot of black history articles on the term, and its meanings are and such.
