So where the heck do you buy your shirts? I have a hard enough time finding them that fit my shoulders without being a tent on the bottom.
I typically wear polo custom fit or their v-neck t-shirts. And believe it or not, JCPenny has a v-neck tee that fits amazing! And I hate wearing off brand stuff lol
I wear 34's but they fit kinda loose on my stomach but they are getting tight in the quads. I can fit into a size 29/30 jean but only wide legs lol and I don't like that look. I've started taking 32's and having them taken out in the thigh area. Sweat pants here I come!!!!!

I'm having some issues I'd like to get ur guys opinions on.
1. My hand is still ****ed up, it's severely hindering a majority of my workouts.
2. My right elbow hurts on any sort of tricep workout u less its very light weight. It started hurting while doing heavy French presses a couple weeks ago.
3. Now my left tricep is strained, or slightly tore. I feel a burning sensation when I flex it certain ways.
Basically what it boils down to is I'm beat the fvck up! Lol I don't want to REALLY injure myself. Im considering moving towards more cardio and just lifting heavy in leg day. Working out a diet to where I'm consuming less the maintenance cals for the week, but the day of, day after and possibly 2nd day after heavy leg day have surplus calories. I'm still on 150mg test. And in 3 weeks I will begin another blast if I'm feeling better. I don't want to b to counter productive with a cut this closely to a bulking blast but I feel that if I continue to lift upper body it will do more damage.
