I'm doing physical therapy now for nerve damage in left arm. It is pitifully weak and very frustrating. Rowing movements are so-so, but curls are ridiculous. Lots of band work and stretches to make sure the cervical spine is opened up and not putting pressure on the nerve.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
