Yes sure. But when the weak as shit happens, its 95% sure the meals have been bad or something bothers me for real. But as long as the meals are ok, it must be like coming home and finding out that gf has moved and finished the relationship or something.

Yea at this point I'm sure my training is fucked up or my recovery idk
I hit legs hard yesterday it took everything out of me and than today i went back into the gym for chest day and the weight wouldnt move.. no matter how lighter % you go it was too heavy not to mention on monday i hit chest/shoulders with heavy chain work
Worked bench on monday with using chains as resistance on each side than tonight no strength for chest/triceps
Yea. the program im running isnt for me or my recovery is fucked up but i have been eating a ton of food for like 4 days now
I'm running nsus 5/3/1 program and each week you're hitting heavy weight and close to your max numbers. This is taking a toll on me basically its too much heavy work too soon
