kinda, it's the govement so he isn't allowd to draw anything. That has to be done by a draftsman. his boss gave him a calcuation to do and it too him like 2 months to put it out.

The way the govmt. does things its so wasteful its rediculious. They are an independant business and they bill all the hours to the govmt. so they don't really care if anything gets done or not, just that you are there so the hours can be billed for. With an electomecanical/nuclear engineer, you can mark the hours up a lot so everybody is happy.

+ they keep on hand more engineers than they really need in case someone has big dreams of coming out with a new class of subs, that way there is no lag time and uncle sam picks up the bill.

well yeah, the seat is pretty minimalist. I have a specially designed seat with like open space in the grundle. Guess what that's for, penile blood flow. Too much time in the saddle can damage your junk.
