Now I'm 6'3 about 255lbs, between 7-8% bodyfat. I was benching about 305lbs back then. I'm at 420lbs right now. My squat went from 365lbs to about 575lbs. I didn't make All-Colorado Linebacker because I ended up tearing my hamstring - TWICE! I also got caught up in some of that bad white stuff for a little while... but now I'm all clean. No juice, no nothing. My goal now is to be a RIPPED 270lbs by Spring Break.
That is Freakin' awesome!!!Originally Posted by Superhuman

Excellent gains!!!!
yeah, thanks alot bro. it was rough a little while but everything seems like it's going well. I'm in college and in a fraternity now, so I have to watch the alcohol - the last thing I need is a beer belly, or to get date raped by these vicious sorority girls!

26 yo, 6'1 215@12% BF I was lifting hard for about 2 and a half years then I messed my shoulder up at work. Long story short, I got addicted to vicodin, trained about once every 2 weeks, mostly my legs, and ate like shit. Consequently I lost about an inch off my arms and 50lbs off my bench. I am now ready too start training hard again, now that my shoulder has healed because of physical therapy and the good info on this site. I have a few bottles of the old QV test e sitting around and some dbol, but not quite ready to cycle just yet.

have yet to do measurements.
Got started lifting after a major accident which permanently severed my pituitary gland. I weighed 125lbs at the time and was skinnier then sh*t. After reading books and magazines, this is when i was 17, i eventually got a feel for the sport and ever since have developed a passion for it. Been lifting for 5 years as of now, the first three were on/off. My logic for why i do it is because i feel that bodybuilding requires much more then any other sport, its 24/7. It requires persistence, dedication, will power, and the strength to go on. I dont know about others here, but i get questioned all the time by my family members why i do what i do, from the eating to the sleeping and constantly working out. In my eyes, I would rather spend my life striving for something few ever achieve, instead of just living my life as the rest of the world. Going down in the record books is what it is all about, making your name last forever.
i am 37, 6'2, 223 lbs, 10% bf, worked with trainer and nutritionist last three years. started as a lanky/skinny boy in high school to someone who gets noticed with shirt on or off and that is fu##ing awesome. it's something i have always wanted and can't see myself giving up weight. maybe even compete later!!
6 inches. HARD. hey im 2 f'n posts away from 2000.
