yup, pretty much how it should have been. Thought Kai would have done a little better but seeing Wolf and Martinez so far back suprised me.

There is no question Jay got beat...hands down.

I feel badly for Kai. He should NOT hae placed higher and is LUCKY to have fallen (and stopped) where he did. He just missed the timing and spilld over. Is he 'normally' top 3-4? without a doubt - but that's not the sport.

But on this night, Health should have taken the Sandow.

Unfortunately this is how bodybuilding works. Jay would've had to been way off for Phil to win. '08 Dexter won because Jay was so soft. As long as Jay looked descent he was going to win is how I see it. Phil will be the next big thing. His reign will start as soon as Jay hangs it up.

Jay shouldve been disqualified for his hair.

It would have been nice to see Olympia placed fairly.

Branch takes this wide stance in his back poses

It makes him look shorter and way more dense that the others, IMO branch deserved 3, he did well

Yeah. I know how it works. Not saying it's right.

Truth is as HP said, it's more of a freak show. No one will compare to Jays freakiness.

Ps. Ask Priest how the 'short' stance has worked out for him.

Ruined my day. I like jay, I just know he got beat. Phil brought his shit.

Jays mid section(especially obliques) got so huge that it makes his legs look disproportionately small, no taper on a front view at all. Phil definitely had the better "look"

Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Phil had the roundness, conditioning, fullness, over Jay. But Jay had the size, width, depth, as well as conditioning (far better than last night), and the judges did what they had to do.

It just isn't Heath's time yet, that's all. 1-2 more years and Phil will be Mr. O there isn't a doubt about that.

If Jay looked like last night, Phil would have taken it.

this is exactly the case, no one will deny his potential and physique. but he would have needed a major edge to win and not upset the bodybuilding world cause Jay has so many fans and endorsements. Jay doesnt really have anywhere to gain in the next year, not sure how he could get "bigger" so unless he does something like reshape his body he will probably start to move down. But for now, he did what he had to do, just like the other years.

Wow! Phil is probably the most aesthetically pleasing bb ever. I don't think Jay should of won.

The only thing Phil needs is a little bit more chest to balance it all out. Then he's unbeatable.

More chest (width) and more back width. Then he'll have it as long as his conditioning delivers.

I've got no real problem with the top 7. I really like how Dennis has about come back from the dead; he's always been a favorite of mine from a "potential" standpoint. I think this was a year of who had the fewest weaknesses, but I would've been happy with Phil or Jay. I just don't like Branch; he reminds me of Gaspari, only thicker. And Kai was just plain horrid.

Branch is so sick. his rear delts are so big you can see them from the front lol.

    Favorites
    dexter
    branch
    heath
    jay
wish it played out like that, But I can see why it didn't. I think dexter has the most pleasing physique, branch is a monster. I like dexters attitude also. If going on only physique I like phil over jay, especially in the upper torso. chest shoulder arms all tied together nicely.

Check out the pics I posted of Branch earlier, the rear delts are so big because they are full of synthol...

Yeah I see that now. That is disappointing. But I think he still looks super sick and it didn't look like this during the show.

In person he's really humble actually. The way he trains and looks seems like he's a guy you wouldn't want to say shit to. When I see him I just train and keep to my own. As you've probably seen on the internet when he trains he gets down to business. Fking yelling like no other with kid rock blasting in the back. His side lateral raises are what I dumbbell press for reps.

I really hope he wins one year. He trains harder than any IFBB I've ever heard of. Along with Dorian of course.

Had Jay brought the same package as last year, I'd have no problem with the Win. Fact is, he didn't...his conditioning was missed.

I had Warren Heath Jackson ahead of cutler after prejudging. Wolf was much improved. I've had him six. His problem is the deconditioning of his lower back. I saw Kai 4 days out and he was phenomenal. Not sure what happened, but Oscar let him
    Spill over.

    You'd be sincerely Dissapointed.

Yates, Coleman, warren are a select few that actually train heavy and with intensity. I do not know for fact, but have heard directly from people that have trained with pros such as victor, Dex, priest...that say they train very light and merely go through the motions.

see, thats interesting. Is ths something they do in public so others dont catch their routines? Cant just inject and grow to their masses. This is why I would like to see them in action... I mean, they are training for the biggest show in the world
