dont really have a diet, i just dont eat junk, maybe someone could help me, ill post over there tomorrow. I only eat stuff like meat, veggies, fruit, rice. No sugar at all. No pop etc. I guess i need more cals and protein huh?
I so wanted to be a quality poster but its hard for a dumb noob. If this thread gets deleted I'm screwed. But being whore is so much more fun, who wants to help people when you can be a dirty whore? not that I can help anyone anyway.

Beasts diet sticky is excellent working wonders for me I use it as a base I go for the blood group diet which is great for me because I am an O blood type which means I should eat lots of meat and not much fruit.

Priorities my son, you have to find a way. Once you start growing, feeling stronger and looking stronger is great motivation. The more you sow the more you reap! The diet forum is a great tool to find what works for you, so many options.

Its not a matter of strength, eating 6 meals a day or more is just way better for your general health anyway, then when you get your macro's right for bb'ing you go past general health to the point that what you eat increases lean body mass. sorry for the rant!
i read the whey vs soy protein thread, i have some soy at the moment, better off using whey? I like the lack of nasty farts on the soy, but those farts kinda tell me its working too! LOL

Ive just started using soy.Could only drink whey isolate,Ihave lactose issues with the casein, always used flax oil to slow it down except PWO but used to keep me awake at night.So I'll see how the soy goes although I find that with my diet I hardly have to use powders any more which I think is a good thing.
