Deads and thighsday today for me, but... gonna drop most of it. Upper left thigh hurts and i will do ligth deads friday, and calves, hams, traps, neck and new thighs movements like leg ex and Machines today. And some ligth squats, possible high reps.
It sucks, but need to be smart. Perhaps it was wrong to go heavy on squats and deads the very same day.
