It's not that bad, but it's just kinda annoying... I dunno why I was having so much trouble. I stopped, stood there and looked in the mirror with this needle sticking out of my arm, then called for my GF to come help.... She didn't respond.... so I was on my own! I got it handled![]()

Fuk... speaking of workouts.... I just torn it up last night.... fuken intense.... I thought it was gonna be weak as it started off weak with my my lat pull downs. I was in a zone from hell.... It was amazing!

the workouts that i start off feeling tired are often my best.
i think it's because i feel so crappy, but the workouts make me feel incredible. where if i feel great going in, i feel great working out.... such a difference in energy i guess

i do my thigh/quad shots upper outer....when i bend my leg my hams/quads fatten out (cuz im fukin HUGE!!!)
