    That's correct. It's the best way to do it, Jay. Otherwise your results and your health will suffer.

    Well, your results will always be different, especially if you don't know your body fat. There's a big difference between 10 and 12 percent. You should know your BF, using a range is not a good idea at all.

    Anyway, Try whichever TDEE you feel comfortable with. There is no possible way to get an accurate TDEE using any calculator whatsoever. The only real way is to attach a calorie burn counter on your body all day. That would also mean that your TDEE would be adjusted daily.

    That being said, remember, TDEE is an estimate only. So any TDEE you use, will be a "start". From there, you will know fairly quickly if your TDEE is accurate or not, and so you will make adjustments as you go. It's just a starting point. TDEE is tough at start, but you'll get there.

    i have a question about pct's and ai's are they inject-able or orals? and depending and what type how do you half the dosages of them?

    Oral. If you have tabs you can split the dose. If liquid oral, just draw the appropriate amount.

    Awesome info, greatly appreciated.

    So from my reading I understand that 3mL is the most you want to inject into one site and mixing is okay. Is there anytime or gear that should not be mixed?

    These are not really questions related to this topic. There is never a first cycle (under my recommendation) that will require 3ml injections. That being said, 3ml is not the limit, I don't think I ever said that. And any injectable compounds can be combined together.

    Im 22, 6'1" 200 lbs Im running test cyp 250 and deca 300 every 4 days, along with 40 mg of debol a day. I'm early into my cycle but have some questions about estrogen blockers and pct. I have arimadex for flair ups and nova for pct. might get some hcg for pct. just wondering if I should run al or nova throughout my cycle starting even though I have no side effects. As for pct I plan on taking my last test shot 2 weeks after deca then starting nova 1 week after last shot. Only useful info please. Thanks!

    I'm in week 2 of Test C 400mg/week. My HCG should arrive this afternoon. Should I start right away with 250iu or inject a little more the first time since I'm starting it late?

    Just start with 250 IU twice weekly till cycle is over.

    Thanks for posting this! I admit I came here with the " instant gains"
    attitude after seeing a ridiculously huge guy today and feeling my work
    is not showing results quick enough.

    This is a hugely informative thread, at least for me, and I realize I should
    go over to the bodybuilding. com forum for a while before I even consider
    this!

    Hey man, welcome to the board. I don't know how old you are but that website is packed with teenagers. There's only so much you can learn at around 18 years old .     This is possibly the single best primer on the subject i have ever seen, and I read a lot. I find myself coming back to this thread every time i over-analyze something and make things too complicated. Sure wish there had been a source like this when I did my first cycle in way back '95. It would have cut down on the expense and frustration of 10 years of trial and error based on advise from knuckleheads that knew even less than me. Thanks so much for the great information.

    Thank you for this post, #5's post regarding blood work is a first for me. I will definitely take this into account when considering my first cycle. Question regarding #3's body fat percentage.. what does anyone consider too high? I have never really taken an official body fat percentage, but according to some pictures off google, I should fall between 15-20%. Probably toward the lower end of 15%. My training has been solid for a decade (18-28 years old) with considerable gains in strength and no injuries in the past.

    15 to 20% is too big of a range to make a call. You should get it tested to know for sure. 15 or 16 is fine. 20% is not fine at all. No one should "Bulk" at 16 %. Should be cutting to get leaner at that stage.

    I'm new to this so I apologize if I'm completely wrong. You mentioned that no one should "bulk" at 16%, but aren't we allowed to do a "cut" using test-e since it's anti-catabolic? Most of the side effects like water retention from estrogen can be solved with an aromatase inhibitor right?

    Again, I apologize if I am completely off.

    Water is controlled with diet and AI, yes. And yes, you can cut with testosterone.

    I'm here in Colombia and my friend can get me two types of test.

    1. Polysteron 250 (cheaper)

    2. Ciclopentil Propionato 250mg - Testex

    Would I run any of these at 500mg/week also? Do I still use HCG and Adex twice a week with any of these?

    I don't know what the other one is.

    You need hCG and adex with any cycle.

    You have to make that decision yourself. They aren't common brands known to us. Tested used to get good reviews but they are both UGL so it's luck of the draw.

    I can't find Bactriostatic water anywhere in any Drug Store here in Colombia.

    Edit: Did a search for Sodium Chloride and here it's called "Cloruro de Sodio". They sell it everywhere. 500ml for $1.25 and all I need is 2ml. LOL

    Every 3.5 days as in (For example) Monday morning, Thursday night, Sunday morning? Sorry for nub question, just want to be sure.
    Also, would doing pinning on only certain days of a week (Mondays and Thursdays) for 12 weeks work?

    Days don't matter. Just pin every 3 days or every 3.5 days.
