Im at my parents house on there internet and my dumbass typed in anabolicereview.com in the main address bar. so no when you click the little arrow icon it is aways there. how can i erase this.

you can clear the history throught the internet options page as well as do a disc clean up through the system tools

Go into internet options under "my computer" and erase the history file and cookie file.
