I work with a guy who is a functional alcoholic...and he is the meanest SOB I have ever met...until you get a few beers into him at the end of the day. A few drinks in him...not that bad of a guy. Sober...he yells at clients and co-workers, has an extremely short fuse, and is pretty much unbearable to be around.
It's painful working with this guy!
How do you other deal with clowns like this!? I just try and tune it out...but it's getting really hard.

Every office has one or two that you just want to choke the F^%K out of. I have one who works for me and I am constantly telling him to shut his pie hole. Man has serious problem. I don't think he gets a word in at home because his wife definitly runs the show there .... so when he comes to work it's yap yap yap yap. I don't know if its that I'm tired of it after 2 yrs or the DHEA/Var + lack of sex is making my bitchy. Ok maybe it's both.

Women over 30 are dignified. They seldom have a screaming match with you at the opera or in the middle of an expensive restaurant. Of course, if you deserve it, they won't hesitate to shoot you, if they think they can get away with it.
For all those men who say, "Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free". Here's an update for you. Nowadays 80% of women are against marriage, why? Because women realize it's not worth buying an entire Pig, just to get a little sausage.

I'm pretty lucky, everyone I work with is very cool. There isn't one jerk in the bunch so I love coming into work.
Not so with a few other companies I've worked for..........I got into a fist fight with an engineer once when I worked for Johnson Controls......in the middle of the office.

man, I feel ya on this one. One guy here does almost nothing but yell curse words all day long. I have no idea how he gets away with it. I'm positive they would fire me if I ran around telling people fuk you gdamit, etc, etc. azzholes...they're everywhere.

My boss is a little man....yuo know has little man syndrome. He is 5'5" weighs 150 soaking wet. Loves to boss needmorestrength and I around. He is the mouthiest cockiest most egotistical little prick I have ever had the misfortune of working for! He constantly lies and bull sh!ts his way around here. He lied about how much $$ I would make in the interview for sh!t sake!! How do I deal with it?? I put him in his place as is necessary. Weather it be by getting snotty with him, confronting him when he lies, or by standing up and intimidating him as is necessary. Now he has hired some mid 50's fuk to be his "ASSistant". Oh, btw, he once kissed me on the cheek for a joke!! Luckily his wife was there to tell him to get away from me cuz I almost beat the **** outta him right then and there!! so yes back to the ASSistant. This guy's arms are smaller around than my penis!! And the worst part is that he makes condisending(spelling) jokes bout me and needmore owrking out!! WTF!!! I think I will soon have to put him in his place as well.
So I guess that's my advice...do what is necessary to put these little piss ants in their place and make sure they don't step out of line again! Good luck.
