yes alot of test in a cycle not in one day.. and that makes more sense breaking it down.. my problem is that there are alot of newbies that come on here knowing nothing at all about juicing.. so what happends is they read a post wehre someone says i had a bad day and gave myself 700mgs of juice, they think thats the right thing to do..
