dbol back pumps?

im not sure what people mean by this? do the kidney swell up or sumthing because i thought dbol goes through your liver? also what dosage does this start to happen at? thanks

It's when the muscles in the lower back in the lumbar area get flooded with blood. It feels like you have an extra gallon of fluid in there and can become painful for some people. It just lets you know the d-bol is real IMO.

Exactly....I feel like my lower back is going to explode!! There Is no way I can complete a workout without laying down on a bench or the floor for a few minutes till the pain lessons. Deadlifts & Squats will **** near have tears poring from my eyes.
