Its one of the sample intermediate cycles here.

500 mg EQ/week
750 sust/week
week 1-4 50 mg/day
i think like week 12 or something winstrol is used for about 5 weeks
and obviously nolva/proviron and then pct

anyone ever use EQ sust and dbol, then end with winny? if so, id be interested in any results or anything else they would suggest. looks interesting to me, just curious. thanks bros!

How many cycles do you have under your belt bro? Be honest.

Ive done 2. First was Deca dbol only. My second was Deca dbol and sust. You think thats too much for a 3rd cycle?

No actually I think its a good dose for you considering your past cycle history. I assume you want to run d-bol at those doses for those first 4 weeks? And I would run the winnie from week 8-14. I would run the sus for 12 and the eq for 11. Thats it.
