Personally I would, the worste thing that could happen is they would be a little weak I would think. But I am not a doctor or anything, but I know the stuff I use is said to last more than 5 years, any idea when yours was brewed?

    Peace
    Alex

for the price of gear now a days your better off tossing it in the garbage and getting yourself some fresh gear, why would you even waste your time using stuff that is expired and may not be any good, i would think that would basically be a waste of a 8 weeker or whatever it is you have planned.

You just "found" them? Nice. I would get new gear. It is really cheap nowdays.

and does water have a shelf life? or an ester attached to it? your point did not make any sence.

i would just add a little more ml per shot to make up for what could of degraded.

You can definitely use it. When a product expires, it basically means it could lose up to 10% of it's strength. My dr. said you can use expired medicine for up to 3 years...

Sorry Jackman, I assumed that you would have been able to come to a reasonable deduction on your own. However, we all know what happens when you assume . So I'll spell it out for you... as you can see the government has put a 2 year expiration date on water which does not have a shelf live. My point wasn't that steroids and other products don't expire, but that the expiration date would be set artificially low. Also, factors such as temperature and light can cause a product to prematurely expire. Point being if his gear was kept in proper conditions and is only 1 year old it should be totally fine. Worst case scenario is it would be slightly weaker.
