Cure for acne

I used this only when my acne was especially bad in the past but now this week my acne on the back and shoulders was getting worst, so I started using Dawn dishwashing liquid everyday instead of bar soap in the shower. Well 1 week later, no new acne at all, all past pimples are healing nicely. It seems the acne problem when on steroids has to do with the oil in your skin. Dawn breaks down and strips off ALL that oil and also seems to do a better job of opening your pores then bar soap. From now on when I am on cycle, I am going to use dawn dishwashing liquid exclusively. It is so nice to be free of acne on arms, back and shoulders for a change.

Doctor recommended it back when I was a teenager and it worked then too...

Dawn is particularly useful compared to other soaps because of its anti-oil and greese properties. Plus when your skin is all oily/greesy feeling and a normal bar soap doesnt seem to get rid of it.. Dawn gets this off, it sometimes takes until well into the next day before oilyness comes back to your skin.

I use dishwashing liquid to wash my hair and clothes... it's gentler than some shamppos and laundry detergents.

I use Joy with aromatic release(country lemon scent) but DONT use too much, a little goes a long way and the stuff tends to really get into your skin and if you dont get it all off it will dry up and actually kinda hurt.
