    started precontest.

    ive started my 16week precontest diet.. so with that said later on when im really depleted and so on, plz forgive me if im bitchy, whiny or a bigger azzhole than normal, bc i really dont mean it, just part of the diet part.. thanks in advance.

    Just stay focused, you can do it. It sounds like you have your head in the right place for starting this thing as it is, just don't let other things distract you. I know that when I tried to seriously diet it got (occasionaly) screwed up by going out with freinds and just saying "what they hey" when they asked if I wanted to go grab a bite. I felt I was getting lean fast enough that it wouldn't hamper my progress, but I can tell it definitly slowed it down a bit.

    Aw, poor deca, no cam for pre and post diet camparason.
    Hit up Wal-mart, I believe they sell disposable ones now. You can take a pic or two each week and then run them together in slide show. Then set it to the music of "Change" from Deftones. It will be awesome.
