If you f*ck up the end of a day diet wise (Like you skip a couple of meals because of uncontrolable events in your life), will you lose all the work you did at the gym that day?

If you don't have raw materials/fuel to grow, you won't assimilate new muscle tissue.
So yes, it does interfere w/continuity of muscular gain and fitness progress.

Thx... I thought that too. I just had a lil' bit of hope that by going back to normal the next day it would still repair the muscle and make it bigger. Oh well.

Inmy opinion, the body functions best when conditions are stable. Any deviation from a diet makes your body a little more unstable and thus your body will not beable to repair or function as it would had stability been maintained.
