I just want to clear everything up before i start my slin...I needing to understand this exact so I know how much carbs I'm taken in.
label says:
Servering size: 1/3 cup (80g)
Total Carbohydate 75g
That means 1/3 cup is 80g of powder which contains 75g of carbs. First thats a lot of freakin powder. Second, what if I only needed like 50 carbs for that day or 100 cabs. Anyone have a chart or can break it down for me into smaller and bigger measurments?
