Please help: how to draw sterile water out of an ampule easily?

Ok, sounds stupid but I've only used vials in the past and created a vacuum through injecting air into it so I could draw it out easily.

But now I wanna use Ansomone and it has this type of sterile water coming with it:



So I can't use airpressure to draw the water out. So how am I able to easily get it into the syringe so I can add it to the hgh vial?

use a 1.5 inch needle and stick it at the bottom of the amp. It will come out. Or you could buy some BW and just use that.

Better yet, throw all the amps in the garbage and buy BS water in vials.
