Geezus I hope someone wrote to that newspaper (and maybe social services) to point out that jackhammer noises are the LEAST of this womans problems...
It's scary isn't it... you need a license to drive, a license to own a dog, heck here you even need a permit to cut down a tree.... but any crackhead POS drunk is allowed to have a child and mistreat it all she wants before it's born...

wow. i'm wondering why she's smoking and holding the 40 in the pic? i mean, she had to of known they were gonna snap the picture, so she says "wait, let me get my cigarettes and my 40 so i can look good"... honestly, at least drop 'em both for a d@mned picture.
