I'm doing Dost right now and it hasn't hurt my sex drive at all plus it has no bad sides like bromo did for me.

bromo made me feel like i was going to die - it absolutely sucks in terms of sides - horrible stuff!
dostinex is waaaay milder on the sides & very effective in combatting elevated prolactin
I'd def go with dostinex
