Who here does cardio the next day after a BIG cheat to sweat it out??? today guys i had 2 jars all natty PB with half gallon of ice cream and cookies then later i had baked beans with babyback ribs, so should i do cardio tommorow i did 30 mins today but i also ate all that today just curious on what u guys do. PS i fell pretty crappy and bloated i was exspecting this is there any more to exspect will i feel worse tommorow
