Mostly bb's don't smoke, don't east fast food, don't do drugs, workout regularly...
2. WHAT DO WE AS BODYBUILDERS DO THAT IS BAD FOR OUR HEALTH (AS OPOSSED TO "ORDINARY" PEOPLE)?
Steroids, exsecive supplementation, rigorous bulking and cutting diets....
3. WHAT CAN WE DO TO MAKE SURE THAT OUR ORGANS ARE HEALTHY?
a) HEART Not smoke, maybe take some supps (?), avoid bad fats....
b) LIVER Not drink alcohol, take supps for liver protection
c) KIDNEYS Drink lots of water....
d) THE REPRODUCTIVE ORGANS Always do your PCT...
