I"m 3 weeks out and I need help with my last week as far as cutting water. The last week I will use complex carbs the first three days then switch to simple sugars the next two days, and fat load on friday. My question is do I load up on mag and potassium that week and inject myself the last three days?(20mg a day) How do I keep my muscles full for prejudging if I cut my water at 8 o'clock friday?
