I read a lot of people going to Mexico and buying their stuff there, but I would think it would be nerve racking trying to get it across the border. Not ever crossing the border myself, just what I've seen on t.v., it looks very dangerous to me. Wouldn't it be better or wiser to buy it there and have it shipped to your home? Or if you have a friend there he can purchase what you want and deliver it to where you want with no problem? Just curious to know what your thoughts are on this subject.

I heard recently they are xraying most packages sent out, JMO, duck tape it to yourself and walk through.

Not that I'm planning on visiting Mexico any time soon, but am just curious as to what opinions there are on just having it shipped via a friend or yourself while there. Amps I imagine would be difficult to x-ray since there is no metal to it, just glass. But then again, I'm no radiologist so I'm assuming.

i also have been reading that from Europe/UK it is not that bad.. but who knows.. ur always taking a chance/risk
